I spoke with them about the vehicle, made an appointment. When I showed up I called and told my contact that I had arrived. They then told me the vehicle was being serviced, and none one came to help me . So after about 45 minutes of waiting I left. They pulled the old bait and switch. I made the appointment three days in advance .

Went in and test drove the car, it was a good deal but when I ran the VIN through CarFax it had been in an accident and was sold at auction. This was different than the description provided on the Cargurus website. Did not buy this vehicle due to the accident and not knowing what damage had occured.

The lady who took care of my sale was very nice. She did a great job in explaining all the details that come with getting this car. I can admit that I am a difficult person and this women was absolutely patient with me. She offered drinks such as soda and water. In all, I was extremely satisfied with her services and would recommend her as she is a great seller and worker.

Price was 4,995 and now it's 6,995. Car is running on 7 cylinders only and has no power. Door panels are falling apart. Dealer said he would glue them. I almost started laughing. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR.

They listed this truck on website and I went there to see it, but it was NOT THERE. The next day they responded to my CarGurus inquiry via text message and when I replied they told me the truck was there. Before I got there they texted that the truck was GONE. 2 days later the truck is STILL on their website!!

told me they had the car, i asked for out the door price, I was told they would get wiith financial department for the out the doo i called for 2 days trying to get the out the door price then only to be told the car was sold, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, period!!

They felt unwelcoming like I was bothering them by being there. When I brought the van back from the test drive and told them it was shaking when going from a stop they said “oh well we’ll have someone look at it” didn’t offer any other vans or try to help me further after that. Will not buy from this dealership.

They didnt have the cars thats were listed. They seemed all over the place with invintory two cars i was going to test drive needed to be jumped i only test drove one and it died on me 1 min after pulling out.

I contacted the dealer asking if a car was available and they said it was. I even arranged financing before going to see it. A notification of that is sent to the dealer to which they responded the car was sold. All that happened within about an hour or so. It's been a week and they still have the car listed! My guess is they're more interested in getting you there and selling you a car than selling you the car you're interested in!

The car I was originally looking for was already sold. But they helped me buy another car that they had on the lot. They where very helpful & I informative. And I drove off with a better Dodge Charger.....

Don’t waste your time and get there they hide 35% of the vehicle price not showing up until you get there then you see the real price.

Woman on phone was not very helpful. I asked for the total cost of the vehicle including dealer fees And she would not tell me she just referred me to look it up on my own on the website. I told her I would like to pay cash for the vehicle and she told me that wasn’t an option that I would have to finance it. Very disappointed in my experience and ended up buying the exact car from a different dealer who is extremely helpful
