"Criminals. Agreed 24k on a BMW after AC was fixed. Event left a $500
deposit. Went back 2 days later because they said it was ready. Same
problem AC did not work again. Fixed it next day and went back again and
they turned that 24k into 40k with hidden fees. Alan called us saying deal was
off he can't do 24k even though we LEFT A DEPOSIT ON IT! 24k with taxes
and plates should not be more than 27k. AVOID THIS DEALER. Picked up
same car at a nearby dealer same day for an 25k AND no accident!"

"Deal at your own risk!! First problem was, My husband and I called to confirmed selling price shown on the website (to make sure there's no hidden cost/surprises). Made a special trip, was told with a DIFFERENT price even after confirming with the staff over the phone.
We still made the deal, bought the BMW, dealer was assuring us that the car has went through inspection and had no issues.
As we were test driving the service engine light show up, and they told us it was oil changed.
2nd day after the purchase the service engine light showed up AGAIN. we sent to the BMW dealerships and found out High, low pressure fuel pump, spark plugs, could, injectors are a mess and needs to be replaced. It's been 3 weeks since the purchase and these TONS of problems that cost us at least $5k in addition!! My husband and I are very disappointed with the experience. They clearly are not very honest about the situation. "
