It was great. However, there was a lot of time wasted between my salesman & my loan officer. I went for the test drive and the gas light was one. My sales lady didn’t show me all the bells & whistles on my suv either. But still it was a good place.

We didn't go with the 2013 Rogue, due to many repair issues, but the Dealer found us a great Toyota Venza, that was a well maintained, one owner car on a recent trade-in. Perfect size for our Daughter's family of four and they love it. Malibu trade-in also went very well. I will say, don't ever buy an old Malibu, due to many bad design issues & headaches.

If I could give him more stars I would. I bought a car in Ohio from Maine and the worst part about the experience was the USPS slow service and that was not in either of our control. The process was clear, he was responsive and he delivered a car that drives great and is in the exact condition he described, maybe even better than what I was expecting. I would do business with him again.

They was very helpful and patient.

This location has very poor customer service and the sales person was not there. The other sales person was lazy and wasn't even trying to help me either. The car was not cleaned and I didn't stay to drive it because I will not waste my money or time at a business that is not worth of it.

We drove an hour and a half to see the car. Online and on the sticker on the car said it had cruise control. It did not. Wasted my time.

I was greeted very professionally and all my questions were answered.

Good people to work with. Friendly and not pushy answered my questions.

Received a followup email within a day. I called them directly. The person I spoke with was very helpful, but turns out the car in which I was interested is not the color shown. He said he would be on the look out for what I am wanting and get back with me. In the meantime, have received additional emails irrelevant to my search. Haven't liked that.

The trucks they had were not what I had in mind. The people were nice, the trucks were a little rough.

Should have taken it to a mechanic first for a check. No issues reported to me, and yet I have a check engine light on the way home and an $1800 valve body replacement right after purchase. Disappointing, to say the least.
