Very nice experience, everything went smooth and in timely manner...

I got a call from the dealer after i had sent an inquiry about GL450 from Cargurus. I asked him can you please bring it over to my place for test drive as it's mentioned on the site. First he promised to bring it over in the morning between 9-10 am later he refused.

The seller was very nice. Let me go for a test drive alone and to take it to my mechanic in Orland. I didn’t take it b/c the tire light came on and I didn’t want to drive the vehicle on a possible flat. They have a few nice cars on the lot

Dealer was helpful showed me few cars that I may me interested in since the car I was I nterested in looking was not ready not dealers fault. Condition of the car was not worth price advertised but it was close. Walked out without buying a car. Good to have no pressure to buy a car the day you visit for a change. Dealer understand that I am looking for something specific. I'm still looking around and want to check more cars out before making a purchase.

The manager was informative and straight forward and thought I asked too many questions about the history of the car., he did help me understand some of the gaps in the CarFax report.

I was promptly contacted via email after my initial but had already decided on another vehicle so I had no further contact with the dealership.

I got an almost immediate email then a phone call a few hours later whil I was out. I had made the decision not to go look at the truck because it is so far away from me through city traffic!

The salesperson told me the car was completely gone over and in good mechanical condition. He also said the only thing it needs is tires. The first thing I did was check the oil and it was filthy. He said we haven’t had a chance to change it yet even though he’s had the car for six months. I took the SUV go a test drive..brakes were bad, transmission jerked. I took car around block and brought it back. I would not suggest buying a car from this dealer!

This dealer ship has been nothing but good to me! Literally giving my shouts out to Peter and Jesse for making this work for me.. I can not thank those guys enough. I will also proceed to give me loyalty and business to these guys over at Phil Hughes Honda.

pictures of the truck was much nicer then the truck was, the inside of the bed looked like it hauled boulders. the sales staff looked unperfechinal with holes in their jeans. I wont go back there.

This dealership's Internet experience, for me, was not very good. They didn't seem too eager to sell their car and communication was short and minimal. There was no incentive to work a deal on the vehicle of choice. I ended up going to Nashville and getting the communication needed to make and close, on a deal.
