"Emails were exchanged between myself and the dealer. I was under the impression that the vehicle, 2005 Nissan titan LE King Cab, was going to fit the description given by Viva Nissan. At the least, the dealer should have explained that when I advised him that I was interested and scheduled to see the truck that he would have explained that the vehicle was in no way described truthfully. What I went and saw was a beat up black truck with a lot of damage. I will not return to Viva and have told my family not to trust this dealership when it advertises on line."
