Avg. Dealer Rating: (9 reviews) "This was my 1st experience buying from a car dealership. I purchased a Ford Fusion Enegri on Monday August 22, 2016. I love this vehicle. It looks good, drives smooth and saves money on gas. However when I finally get home to charge my electric Fusion, the charging port does not work. I basically brought home a vehicle that runs primarily on energy but had no way to recharge it. I returned to the dealership on Thursday Aug 25th and was instructed to leave the vehicle over night. I am placed in a small Ford Focus loaner vehicle while my Fusion ENERGI is now stuck in the service department. I return the next day on Friday afternoon Aug 26, 2016 and my vehicle had not even been looked at. Once I arrive they tell me the charging port is broke and a part needs to be replaced. I now have to wait over the weekend until a part comes in and cannot drive my vehicle I paid under $19,000 for. The vehicle should have been fully inspected before it was sold to me. My salesman also didn't know what the vehicle was priced at, although he was a really nice guy. I was bothered also by how I inquire about purchasing a vehicle online and received a call back very fast. However once the vehicle is purchased it's hard to get anyone on the phone or have a phone call returned in a timely manner. I am not happy at the moment. I live in Dade County and had to commute back and forth to the service department in Broward county in the horrible Miami traffic after work. Hopefully when I receive my vehicle next week the car is ready to go. As a result of my troubles, I was only promised a full tank of gas, and they are using the extended warranty I just purchased to order the part and fix the newly brought vehicle. How wonderful is that? Ford please do better for me. Thank you."
