My intention's are not to purchase but rather to see how the car is and if I like it. When I arrived the Sales Manger (Pat) was nice on greeting me. Informed me that ALL of his cars have the Carfax and disclosed everything to me. He went as far as showing me dents or scratches. He also explained the car inside and out. How the battery's get fixed, what they look for before purchasing these cars. The best thing was he gave me space so I could look at the cars with out him over my shoulder so I did not feel pressured that I needed to make a choice. We did go on a test drive he showed me a cool feature called "Brake mode" that when I went to Toyota they did not even show me. After the test drive I let him know straight forward that I would not be buying today or in the next month and he WAS OKAY with that. He said that he wants me to gather all the proper information before I make a decision. He even told me that if he did not earn my business there was no harm. I do recommend them and when I am ready to purchase a car I will go back to Pat. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN HIS PRESENTATION!! few sales guys like that now a days!!!!"
