Saw car on keenedodge.net and went to check it out. Called before the dealership opened, and had emailed them the previous night to see if the vehicle was still available. Received a return call before the dealership even opened. Two owner car with low miles...was incredibly clean for a car of its age...handled well on the windy roads near the dealership and sounded like a monster. Dealership was very honest about the details of the car. Interacted with Christine Devor who made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process...encouraged me to make sure that I was comfortable with the price and the entire purchase. Made sure that the vehicle was thoroughly and properly detailed before I left and I did not realize how beautiful the vehicle was until it was detailed...WOW...my second vehicle is an Acura MDX and this thing looks like it can swallow my acura whole. After all of the paperwork was signed, Christine gave me a tour of the dealership, showed me the service bay, and introduced me to the Luke and Liz in the service area. Truck had an open recall and Luke made sure to order the part so that it could be taken care of asap. Finance manager was friendly, even though he was busy, he came out and made sure that he acknowledged me and let me know that he was working on my paperwork, explained warranties, and issued tags for me on the spot. Christine explained about the dinner to welcome me to the Keene family, as well as the Gold Rewards Program which includes 2 free oil changes, Brakes for life after the purcahse of brakes, Forever annual tire rotations, Forever annual Wiper blade Replacement, as well as a service loaner vehicle.
