About 2001 Honda CR-V
Again, with the exception of a safer set-up for a child-seat, there is nothing new for the 2001 Honda CR-V. After all when you make a quality product that has a proven track record, why bother making changes? Just to review, the CR-V is not a real off-road vehicle. It is sort of an overgrown wagon with lots of passenger and storage space. You get the size of an SUV with a vehicle that is easy to handle and great for driving around town. One of the trademarks of the CR-V is the Honda "Real-Time" 4WD package - unless you prefer the option of front-wheel drive only. Then there is the 2.0-liter, 146-hp engine, 4-wheel independent suspension, and unibody construction. The side-opening tailgate with the spare tire mounted on the outside allows for exceptional storage space. With that in mind some people feel they forgot about comfort in the back seats. That being said, the 2001 Honda CR-V seats five people fairly comfortably with duel airbags included, all for an approximate price range of between $8,400 and $12,950.
