Great Cloth interior easy to keep clean, Hauling capacity is way beyond whats expected for a vehicle this size. Although the 3.0 engine could use a few more ponies, it gets where it goes..Bad Tranny at @ 60,000 miles since no problems..

The ultimate shag-wagon of the early 90s!! My red monster was notorious for the poor quality of Ford built transmissions. I replaced the transmission twice and when I purchased it used, it was on it's 2nd or 3rd already. But, the engine was still kicking just fine even after 158,000 miles as many Taurus owners can attest, that was the car's greatest asset. I loved my wagon most because of the space. I could haul around my whole quartet easily. The V6 was not very powerful and had abysmal mileage, but it got me where I needed to go. Overall, it was a fine little vehicle.
