This vehicle is a nice sedan, made when Volvo's were the best. It has over 280k on it. Fairly good fuel economy. Im trying to make it to 500k. Its nice that the average person can use the self diagnostic port under the hood, the light flashes in a sequence that you can translate easy enough.

For 1990, the GLE came with a strong 16 valve 2.3 liter engine. It makes 160HP vs 114 in the 8 valve engine. This car is very solid. It has the best seat and visionary angle over any other car. Trust me. You see everything once you look over your shoulder. I like that it had black bumper since bumper scratch would not be a concern. My car had heated seats with lumbar support. It also had the rare Alpine CD cassette unit. Acceleration is good enough at 0-60 in 9 seconds. It can outrun a 1990 525iA.

This is one of the latest 740 models made, with 2.0L with 16 valves. It's identified by the front, with headlights from the 760 and the grille in squares, painted in the colour of the car. The engine is very smooth and excelent to the open road. In intense traffic is not so nice to drive. It has a 4 gear drive with overdrive, which is not more than an higher 5th gear, nice to economic long drives. It's design is unique and very special. But inside, the seats are literally like a sofa in the living room, with lack of support... unless you're a Sumo Wrestler!!! My own was moved with LPG/GPL and consumed about 14 liter each 100km. Although it's a big and heavy car, it's one of most secure cars I drove, EVER... this version is dynamic, has excelent brakes and what you tell it to do, IT DOES!!!

I got this car with a burnt valve so I picked it up cheap did a top half overhaul and it was rear wheel drive so it could do a wicked awesome burnout! it had the duel over head cam engine so it had balls for a four banger

well you get what you pay for, i bought the car cheap and man i got ripped off. it looked like a daily driver when i got it but it lead to nothing but headaches, it has a 4 speed tranny that wouldn't shift into third gear, after i fixed that I've had many electrical problems and i have had lots of tickets because of it. I'm scared to death every time i go on a highway or interstate because it has no acceleration in the world, heat and air don't work and neither does the cruise or sunroof, drivers door doesn't even lock, don't even know how many miles it has cause when i got it the odometer said 1003,000 miles and Ive had it for over a year and probably put at least 17,000 miles on it and it says Ive only traveled 250 miles. the list keeps on going about negatives
