I got it from a guy in LA. It had been in storage for 12 years. No rust and low miles. I've gone through the motor and brakes, and now I'm working on the interior and other "bits 'n pieces" as they come up. Lots of fun!

Performance - It's a Volkswagon Bus, not a McLaren Merc Build Quality - German (= fantastic) Appearance - Green. Green plaid interior with wood grain laminate cabinets. Stainless steel sink. Cost of Ownership - Low. Very few problems. Mechanically perfect. Fun Factor - It's a Volkswagon Bus. It's a hell of a lot of fun!

its a classic, bad performance, great interior its a great cruising car for just chilling, kick ass sound system, and a great exhaust it sounds so sick it makes muscle cars sound like crap, your all jealous you know it

I think that my VW camper is great, although it's not the same as the one in the picture above as i got the 1979 LT not a type 2, but that doesn't really matter between friends does it? and this is more than 40 words and won't save it!!
