Had a great experience with this dealership. My sales consultant Mark Lappin was amazing he wasn’t pushy and demanding like a lot of dealers I have dealt with in the past.

My wife and I were interested in a used 2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 550, VIN WDDHF9AB1BA348513, at Kunes as out-of-state buyers. On Memorial Day, May 25, 2026, my wife called because we wanted to come see the vehicle. She was told they did not have finance people available that day. We explained that financing was not an issue because we did not need to finance through the dealership. Either way, they were still not sure whether they were going to stay open and said they were “playing it by ear.” We were glad she called first, because that is not ideal when someone is travelling from out of state to see a specific vehicle. From Tuesday onward, I tried to get a direct response from the dealership. I expressed interest in the vehicle through multiple apps/sites in an effort to get someone to respond. I received automated or template-style contact, but I did not receive a direct response from a salesperson until Friday, May 29, 2026 — four days after we first tried to see the vehicle.
