I bought the vehicle from McGee Toyota and they were easy to deal with and the transaction went smoothly. However, when I reported there was a problem with one of the power windows, everything went silent. I have not heard from the salesman or anyone else. Not even a follow up call to ask about my experience. I am disappointed with the dealership but not unhappy with the vehicle. I would suggest to the dealership that there sales and/or customer care representative follow up with a call to make sure the transaction went smoothly and the customer is satisfied. A simple call or email goes a long way to reassure a customer and iron out any wrinkles.

Very good email response. They even sent an email when the car I was interested in sold so I wouldn't waste a trip to go see it!

It was a great experience doing business with this dealership, they were able to fulfill my needs in a vehicle and were very professional. My sales person definitely gets an A for customer service.

Great. I would recommend them to a friend. Ended up not getting the car due to not enough interior leg room.
