I drove from Nashville to look at the advertised van on Cargurus. It was beat up quite a bit. I ended up buying a van in much better condition and paid them what I consider a premium price. All they had to do was fix a strap for me on the back row seat. Probably a few dollar part. I called the salesman, the business manager, and also the operations manager. They all would not return my calls. I would advise against buying any car from this dealership. Their practice is obviously abandon the buyer after the sale is made. I regret my purchase. I could have been treated that way much closer to home. I will not be buying from them again.

Worse car buying experience ever. Typical dealer,,,the day you sign on the line is the last day you hear from them. They will not return calls. In all fairness, I think it's primarily the internet sales folks.

Pleasant to work but stubborn on price. No deal.

Outrageous prices...

Our experience was excellent! We were followed up after showing interest in a very timely fashion. We enjoyed their no haggle policy. The price was excellent and we bought the car and are very happy with it.
