“What is the Shag for?”

So I bought this car for my wife, and I still have no Idea what the Shag carpet on the dash board is for. I do know that my wife loves this car, and when it got stuck in the snow she was able to push it out on her own (very light).

This place made me so mad. I spoke with a salesman a week before we went. We drove 3 hours and stayed in a hotel over night. I called that morning to confirm the car was still there. I asked for the salesman that I already spoke with and he told me that he was " to busy to look, I could help my self and look on their website." I looked on the website and couldn't find it and didn't want to drive another hour to the dealership if it wasn't there. I called back and asked another salesman if they still had the vehicle and he just took my name and told me Shane(the salesman I already spoke with) would call me back and help me. That was after I already to him that Shane wouldn't help me and I was irritated. All I needed was to confirm the vehicle was there before we drove another hour and no one had the time to help us. Well he it's been a week and he never returned the call.We ended up driving to Used Imports Auto and got a much better deal and they were very attentive.

Bought a car from here. Salesman was great but finance manager and sales managers are horrible and god forbid you need anything after the purchase of the car. I called and left messages every day for 2 weeks about information that was supposed to been given to me and I still do not have that information nor have I recieved a call back. Not to mention the mistakes the finance manager made on my paper work. That took nearly 3 weeks of leg work for me to correct Becker I could get my registration, tag and title. But again the sales person was fantasticic.

i was PROMISED a price over the phone by the salesperson, and even asked several times "are you sure you can do this deal?" and was told yes. I'm in Alpharetta (nearly an hour away) and had to take time off from work to take a look at the vehicle and ink a deal. i expressed this to the salesperson and begged her not to waste my time. She said she cleared it with the manager (LIAR!). Five minutes before i'm leaving my house, the manager calls and says the salesperson was incorrect and they could not give me the car for the price that was promised. At least he had the sense to call me so I didn't drive all the way there, but still a major inconvenience because a selfish salesperson didn't care about wasting my time. Very frustrating.
