My experiance with this dealership was NOT a great one starting with the sales person. The man seems like he was being bothered; he had no knowledge of the history of the car. Then we get to the financial aspect where he had no knowledge there either. I wasted 2 hours of my time dealing with the sales person; then 2 finance managers who bacially wanted me to finance the car with them when I mentioned many times that I had been pre-approved with other company and I was going to pay cash for the car. Not to mention that they try to sell me a PT Cruiser and a Ford. Since leaving the dealer I've recieved 2 phone calls from the sales person....now he's interested in my business. I will never do business or recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm giving this 1 star rating because its required to post this review...but 1 star is too much!!!!

Arcadic in its selling approach toward an African-American. Degrading in questioning and gives a sense of making you feel 2nd class. Very ignorant and not very progressive in it's approach. It needs to upgrade with a more modern approach and with diversity training. So I bought elsewhere.
