Tried to give me a GREAT DEAL on a vehicle that had been in 3 accidents...we almost signed the paperwork when we asked about a car fax on this 2008 EDGE...They would never have told us but we knew the deal was too good to be true!insisting they didn't know about the accidents they tried to sell me another identical vehicle at about $5000.00-$6000.00 more and I asked why I couldn't get it at the same price..came up with an excuse....certainly they knew about the accidents...they just chose not to tell me.

Dealer increased the price of the car when I inquired. Luckily I did not go to the dealership, it would have been a wasted trip

Overall the experience was very good. The salesman was very knowledgeable and was helpful resolving issues/problems. One questionable issue is: Why is this vehicle still being advertised for sale at $839 less than what I paid for it four days ago? Did I get the best deal?

Dealer initially listed a lower price on CarGurus, then changed to 'negotiable.' When contacted directly, quoted a higher price. When I asked for an explination.....no response.

All as advertised. Good deal.

They would not work with me to close a deal. The sales rep were William was a person that I would like deal with at any dealership and far as Joshua was concerned he was no help to me either. I would not send anybody to this dealership.
