His performance is excelent!, i'm very happy with this car! Is a small 120hp 1,6L engine but, is very fast!...I've been 2 and a half months with it. This is a fun car to drive, because he had electric steering wheel, which is very soft.

I will NEVER buy from Quirk, or use them for service, even though I live close by. Their sales staff members were something out of the 1950's - talking about what "ladies" like in cars - BTW, we shop by color, not value?!? and I was asked whether I needed to "run my purchasing decision by someone else?" It took them repeating this three times before I understood they were asking whether my husband had to approve my purchase. Having forgotten to get married, I assured them, I was empowered AND FUNDED to make the decision by my little old self. I then got up from the table and walked out, taking my cash and car purchase with me. Are you guys kidding?

really was not happy at all would not refer anyone to Imperial! Went in on Sunday after being there for two hours on Saturday going thru everything, when I went back the next day with ALL intentions of buying the car we had discussed the day before, had my tital, check and registration in hand BUT because MY salesman was not there from the day before, I was handed OFF by the second salesman who also talked to me on Saturday with my original salesman,to another salesman who knew NOTHING about me or the car I had picked and started the process all over again! His question to me was if you wanted the car and liked the price (as I got yet another price from him) better the day before "why didn"t I buy it"!! I took my tital, registration and check and left with a VERY BAD taste in my mouth. This is a big purchase and considering that I am older this is NOT something that I am going to just jump right into. They did contact me to apologize and said they would get me in the car for the orignal price we had agreed on but I told them really not interested in doing business with them. That should have already been settled when I went back on Sunday with the intention of buying the car!

Tried to give me a GREAT DEAL on a vehicle that had been in 3 accidents...we almost signed the paperwork when we asked about a car fax on this 2008 EDGE...They would never have told us but we knew the deal was too good to be true!insisting they didn't know about the accidents they tried to sell me another identical vehicle at about $5000.00-$6000.00 more and I asked why I couldn't get it at the same price..came up with an excuse....certainly they knew about the accidents...they just chose not to tell me.

I commend the dealer for superb customer service! I located a 2011 Ford Focus on Cargurus, contacted the dealer and purchased the car a month ago. A problem was encountered with two of the wheels - severe rim runout on one; runout on the second. Dennis Roberts Jr., General Manager of Hillsboro Ford, immediately corrected the problem by providing me, without hesitation, with two new wheels, an outcome far more than the warranty issues demanded! Pricing of vehicle barely in average condition as if it were in excellent condition, (wheel well rust bubbling through, baseball sized dent in hood, tires with seriously uneven wear, etc...) On top of unrealistic evaluation of vehicle condition and high pricing, they sprang a $500 "doc fee" on me after negotiation a price in the ball park of reasonable and wouldn't budge to offset the added cost. The staff were friendly and the environment at this large dealership is very pleasant, but between faulty pricing and the added $500 fee on top of vehicle price, this is NOT the place to go for a used vehicle!

I really wanted to buy the car, but it was overpriced and they would not go below $21,500 for a nearly 3 year old car with 30,000+ miles. I bought elsewhere - same model car with 22,000 miles for less than $21,500. Probably wouldn't shop or buy from them in the future if they would lose a sure sale over $1500
