Both the sales manager and assistant sales manager told me they would not negotiate ANY off the price, although the sales price did not say, "no haggle pricing". I told them the customer expects to get a good deal and they finally came down a little. When I pointed out things wrong with the car, they told me they could just sell it at an auction instead of negotiating with me. That they would even consider turning away an interested customer to lose money by selling it at an auction seemed ridiculous. They tried to be very intimidating, but it didn't work with this buyer!

Dealer responded quickly, even send e-mail with requested suv characteristics but when I arrived 30min later to the dealer, she did not attend us, other sales person told us that suv was sold, they have few options available none within we were looking for. I don't think they can sell a car in 30 min. Hard to arrive due to 635 construction
