The dealer did a bait and switch. They listed a car for a really good price. They told me to come in and check it out. I drove 1 hour to the dealership and they told me the car went to the auction and tried to sell me another car. Also the car stayed listed for another week so more people I am guessing were tricked to come in too.

Dealer responded right away but when I got there to see the car it was dirty. When I commented on that the salesperson said..."well, if you want to wait we can wash it" in a somewhat sarcastic tone. That was the way we were treated throughout our time there. No real effort to please. I bought my car at Baker where they were friendly and went out of their way to answer questions and accommodate my needs. I think if the dealership is not anxious to p,ease when I'm spending money, how will they be when I have a problem?
