Worst experience ever. We were specifically looking for a used car with manual transmission. Salesman wasted over 1 h of our time, allegedly checking inventory in the store, even though there was only one such car on the lot (which we had already found). That one didn't have AC, so we weren't interested, but he insisted that it did, and that took more time. Finally , we had the apparently obligatory meeting with the sales manager who tried to steer us to a new car, with the really lame excuse that taking a car payment on is a good thing because it will establish credit.

I inquired online on CarGurus.com about a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan C/V and a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan C/V to purchase for my business. Mike (the salesperson) from Dominion Chevrolet called me shortly after my online inquiry. I had already researched the fair market value of the vehicles on Kelly Blue Book, NADA, and used the very useful tool on CarGurus.com that shows you how the vehicles you are looking at are priced compared to other similar vehicles posted for sale on the web. I told Mike my budget (fair market value) for this purchase so we would not waste each others time if he could not sell the vehicles to me for that amount. I would not have been concerned about that but their advertised price for the vehicles was above fair market value (my budget). Mike agreed that we could work within my budget. We set up a date and time to meet at his dealership so I could look at the vehicles that I inquired about. Mike followed up with me the morning of the day of our appointment to confirm our appointment prior to my arrival. He had the vehicles ready to test drive when I arrived. The vehicles were exactly as they were advertised. Mike was a nice guy but a little old school (typical of what most people think of when you say used car salesman). He tried multiple times to get me to pay more which is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars on this review. I was very clear about my budget. After some negotiating I purchased the vehicles for my budgeted amount. I would recommend others to Dominion Chevrolet and CarGurus.com just do your research and agree to a fair price upfront.

rob at country Chevrolet was very quick to respond but i will never deal with them again. First off i was told there was plenty of room to work on the price of this truck and then after i drive 6 hrs to look at it i was told they cant budge on the price. Secondly I traded my truck and they gave me bottom dollar for it. the body was a lil bruised but interior was imaculate. i took it because i really love the new truck. Third and probably most important i wrote them a check because they didnt wanna wait on the wire transfer like they told my bank they would. Rob then said they would hold my check till i told them it to cash it because i had to get my lender to cut me a check to cover it. They cashed it the next day and i only found out because i had to call them over something else they did wrong.
