Terrible experience. Drove from Naples to trade in my Mercedes SUV for a Porsche Cayenne. Agreed to numbers over the phone, but they changed the numbers on me at the last minute. The used car sales manager has no customer service skills and had I not driven 3 hours and spent countless hours working on this deal, I would have left. They also messed up the actual financing of my vehicle. I traded in a car that was in my business's name. The Porsche was supposed to go into my business's name. All checks, insurance, etc was in my business's name but when I got my payment schedule, I noticed only my name was on the loan. This has been a disaster. Now they have been calling me on my business's phone saying that I need to pay extra for new plates because they can't transfer my company plates because this is a personal car now. It is a terrible situation and not only would I not recommend them, I will go out of my way to make sure nobody else does.

I experienced the worst dealership in Florida I think. I had agreed to a price on a car they had listed on their website and on CarGurus.com. The only issue is that the car was in Sunrise, FL., and I lived in the Tampa bay area. They assured me the car was in great condition. We agreed I would take delivery upon inspection which meant I would have to take a 4.5 hour trip one way to go see the vehicle. They would not hold the car for longer than 48 hrs or ship the vehicle to a sister store 4 miles from my home. When I got to the dealership to inspect the car it looked the car had been through a war zone. Quarter sized dents were all over the roof. Paint was chipped all over the back end of the car and the inside might as well been junkyard quality. The inside also smelled like someone had thrown up in the car in the recent past. This was a certified used car from Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall. Oh, by the way the car only had 22,000 miles on it! When I asked them why they brought me all the way down to Sunrise, FL., to buy this car, all they could say was we didnt know the condition of the car. So, your telling me your selling vehicles without inspecting them and putting them on the lot as a certified used car? I think not. They had every intention to make me drive 4.5 hours one way in hoping the trip would make me delirious or something. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyers beware of this dealership!

Thus place seemed promising but it's not they pay to many games here... I went in for a Nissan murano that I saw online once I got there I was told someone just brought it, then the very next day I get a call & was told you can buy the car if you want it come now.. I get there Half way through the paper work the salesman tells me " the couple over there just brought the car" I was looking like what the hell & not to mention I was there first can you say pissed off

They are the worst dealer i have ever been to truck that was purchased from them didn't even make it back to Miami left me stuck on the side of the road had to return the truck after 5 days because the motor blew up dealer gave me no help said it wasn't there problem took a $2,000 loss when i returned it RECOMMEN ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR A CAR OR TRUCK
