The Dealer responded, but service was POOR (actually, this is an understatement)! Business Manager was obnoxiously rude and unprofessional (that's giving him a compliment). He made derogatory remarks about my credit and he knows nothing about me. He made negative assumptions about the financing of another vehicle I own. He basically tried to strong-hand me into trading in my other vehicle. It was loud unlike a "normal" business establishment. I promise to never do business with you again, nor will I recommend anyone to your facility. You need to fire the Business Manager or get him some training in Business Relations to include people skills.
