Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights

I set up an appointment thru the Internet correspondence 3 days in advance since they were opened on Mondays until 9pm. Was advised the Saleman to see. After driving 40 miles in Rush Hour Traffic, I had left work early and arrived 1/2 hour prior to my appointment. When I arrived I waited 1/2 hour since the Salesman had a customer in his office. When he was finished he called me into his office. Did not know the vehicle I wanted to see so I gave him the information. When he checked his system he advised that they just sold that vehicle 1/2 hour ago. Tried to sell me another vehicle. Advised I was not interested. He blamed it on the Internet Contact. I advised he should have called me when the appointment was set up and I could have put a deposit on it. This is not a reliable Dealership. Would never do business with them again. They are not organized. It the car was a first come first servce basis I should have been advised. I was going to purchase this vehicle. Very unsatisified Customer
