Charles is an amazing guy. His cooperation was excellent. He was
kind, honest and really wanted to help us out. He did everything he can
to buy the best car according to our needs and budget. He always
responded to our calls when we had questions about the car. When
we bought the car and we had some minor electrical(headlights) and
mechanical problems(thermostat) with our new car, he kindly offered
to replace immediately the needed parts without excuses even if his
mechanics were very busy this day. He sells used cars that are really
reliable. Till know we have not faced serious problems with our car
and we really hope that this situation remain! He is an oasis in this
dangerous world of used car dealers...I have seen many guys and
dealers during my search for cars...I was so much disappointed and
afraid with what I saw...Charles was the most decent one, that's why I
decided to write this about him. He tries to do his job without ripping of
his clients. He does his best to keep his clients happy as much as he
can. I really HOPE and WISH him NOT to change...It is VERY EASY to
