Very unprofessional! Called from PA to look at a car. Went one evening to look at and test drive the car. Happy with it, but wanted to think overnight exactly what we wanted to do. We were willing to put a deposit down. Leonard, our salesperson, told us it was not necessary to do that. Agreed that we were going to call back at 9:00 am. Called back at 9:00 AM to tell him that we'd take the car. Were informed that it was sold. Were told they don't take checks from people "thinking" about buying. Car continued to be advertised with 2 price increases posted after date told us it was sold. Both Ryan owner and Brian sales manager kept telling us it was sold despite new information being posted about vehicle after that date. Very unethical business practices! Would not recommend nor trust them to be straight forward in their business practices!
