They low-balled me on my trade-in by $3000 less than other dealers. The vehicle I was test driving was listed $1430 less than they said it was. Description of vehicle said "like new" but it was making noises and the check engine light was on. They also scratched up my vehicle pretty bad. Long story. Keys got locked in, and instead of calling OnStar, they used a wedge and rod. Pretty traumatic experience to say the least.
