Professionalism at its best!!! Superior vehicle which basically sold itself!! The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He had a great professional disposition and walked me through the entire buying process without rushing me at all. I definitely recommend Jim Coleman Honda. It was an absolute great experience.

Was OK. Felt like I was getting nickled and dimed with some of the fees. They tried to charge a reconditioning fee on a used car that was almost a thousand dollars that ended up having to go into the shop for 2 weeks anyway. I refused to pay it. Then the finance manager tried to sell extended warranties and was misinformed on how long the car I was buying was covered. Other than that, the customer service from the sales rep was good.
