Really liked the sales guy Michael Sparks. Knowledgeable but didn't 'sell' me. Easy going, friendly attitude. As I female customer shopping alone, Sparks didn't patronize me as I have found the majority of salesman due (their loss). Would highly recommend Sparks and General Manager, James (I think).

Did not end up buying there but 2013 Explorer Ltd was very nice and dealer employees were very good.
