DO NOT give them a deposit ever. If you change your mind on the car you will never see that money again.

Expensive Self Serving Diagnosis —
Charged $115 to diagnose a vibration that I thought was in the drive shaft. They told me I needed to replace the whole drive shaft for $800 plus labor. When I asked what was wrong with it they said the mechanic just said it needed to be replaced. Took it to an independent shop. They quickly found that it was a frozen u-joint. Part was $13 plus labor and the vibration is gone. Will never go to this dealer again.
