The sales man had no clue about what the car had or knowledge of the vehicles condition. After two days of emails,missed and non returned calls the salesman said would not like to give a quote for car. Called the used car manager to see if all requests are handled like this. He was very helpful and apologetic.

Car had issues that the salesperson did disclose. Got a bad feeling and did not drive to look at car. When looking at a Lexus and spending this much money, the car should not have issues. Fair wear and tear, yes, but problems, absolutely not.

Got a reply, scheduled a test drive, but car sold before I got there. To the dealers credit, they did try to contact me, before I got there. Looked at a different car, but it had too many miles for my liking.

Bait and switch. Confirmed vehicle was available. But when we arrived they said it sold yesterday. Said they could adjust the price on a different one but wouldn't touch it after the test drive. Was terrible.

Received a quick response when I asked a question. Salesman called and answered all my questions. Ended up buying from another dealer on CarGurus.com but only because they were physically closer to where I live and their car had the options I was looking for.

I felt very comfortable that I was being treated fairly and honestly.

I received great service from their internet staff. kent Jeffers was great to deal with. i got a good price on the 2012 Buick Lacrosse that i purchases and well as a fair trade for my 2009 Suburban. Very good experience.
