My experience went very well until I realized, after I got home with the car,that I did not get floor mats front or rear. I was told that the dealer did not receive floor mats with the car from it's previous owner. How is that the buyers fault? I was informed about a different color on the door frames than the body color so that was not a problem. Another problem was that, for a factory certified car should be in proper conditon upon the customer initial inspection and test drive. In my case the left rear door would not open and the right rear door was hard to open. The vehicle additionally pulled to the right upon test drive. These resulted in a days delay in vehicle delivery, due to dealer having to order repair parts. I was never informed that there were no floor mats and I didn't discover the fact until Iarrived home with the car. I do not understand why a factory certified pre-owned vehicle could be offered for sale without floor mats. If I don't get restitution in one form or another I will not be dealing with Claude Nolan Cadillac in the future.
