Unwilling to work with me to register my car in Oregon. Only interested in working with me if I was going to register it in FL or GA. Decided to buy a car from someone who wants to sell cars with better customer service.

Scam Artists! —
They sold me a car with a damaged rocker panel and
accused me of doing the damage! They refused to
honor any warranty the car has/had. I was within the
30 day warranty period as well. I was also informed
that they don't have to take any requests from
CarMax HQ and that all decisions are local and final
by each CarMax. So don't expect any help from
CarMax HQ! Dave, a manager, at the Atlantic Blvd,
Jacksonville, FL CarMax flat out accused me of
damaging the car. These people are straight up
fraudulent. I've filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB,
and the state attorney generals office. I advise all of
you to do the same! The government can't act against
them if they are unaware of the issues!
