Dealer responded but when I went there he had sent the car to another place, said it was sold, then that he could bring it back. I don't think he was interested in selling the van, at least to me

I had the best customer service with Brown's Mazda! I love my car and would suggest this dealer to anybody.

Great communication and offer of service. Was ready to check out a car but Brian called to say the car was sold and saved me a 45 min drive to the dealership. He followed up with a substitute, even offering to drive it to me knowing the inconvenience of my driving to the dealership. Though close to what I was looking for, I had to pass on the offer and the car. -from the other edge of county.

These jerks assured me the car was available on Friday evening, but when I arrived after a 50 minute drive first thing Saturday morning it was gone. Do they really think a person would buy a car from them after pulling a stunt like that?
