Balise Chevrolet Buick GMC

Terrible response. Tried asking a couple of quick question regarding the vehicle they were more concerned with me filling out the loan application. Took me three different times to get someone to answer my question. Then when they answered they just said that the vehicle was no longer available yet it is still listed on Car Gurus and their site. I wont be dealing with this dealership. They've lost a customer before they ever got one.

Kristin responded by email and then phone in a timely manner. Very pleasant and offered to try to make the numbers work with my budget. I bought a car elsewhere before we talked again, but she followed up her initial promise by email and phone.

They were very responsive and willing to find what I was looking for.

3rd visit. Truck was looked at. I bevieve their machanics are compitant although I dont think they have or are willing to take the time to really check the transmission properly. I will live with the noise in 3rd gear for now and hope their right that theres nothing wrong. Dont no why truck runs over 210 degrees. But if they say thats OK then I guess its OK.

Terrible experience. Dealer lied about car having had been checked out. They said car was in perfect condition and in fact it would not even pass inspection.

Just a Internet inquiry , but it took a few emails to get a response - The car was sold already so I guess they were not concerned to get back to me .

I recently purchae a 2004 Pontiac GTO from them and I can tell you that their pricing is as low as it gets. I had to extend a search to over 200 miles to find a similar vehicle in the same price range. They will not wow you with their trade values but their trade values ARE fair. They do not play games. The price you see is actually the price they sell the vehicle for. Not much old school horse trading here. You see the car, you like the car, you pay the advertised price. GREAT people to work with and again 100% fair in terms of their pricing for their vehicles and yours. Other dealers may "give you" more for a trade value but I can ALMOST garuntee that their pricing is not as aggressive as Balise. This is my families third purchase from Balise(2 from Balise Mazda) and each experience was positive from start to finish.

Good car buying experiance. Had pre-approval for financing at a good rate beforehand; however, they were able to get me a lower rate. Everything went very smooth.

Very professional. No worries about anything. Would have even delivered the car to our driveway free of charge,(75 miles from Balise) but we decided to pick it up a few days earlier.
