Frank and Shah at AutoWits are the best hands down. Zero pressure to buy, they listened to our concerns and we ended up buying two cars from them when all was said and done. Never did they try and push a sale or pressure us into a decision. There was a dialogue in which they listened to our questions and answered them fully. They are far and away the best auto dealers in the valley and the southwest. If you need a car, you need to see Frank and Shah at AutoWits. You won't be disappointed.

I just bought a used 2009 SmartCar with these guys and I couldn't have asked for better service. They're actually a new, local business- just opened last November but one of the owners has been in the car business for 25+ years. Not only was there was zero pressure, I actually felt like they took better care of me because of my situation (poor, grad student!). And I was going with my own financing bc I like to stick with USAA- I think usually dealerships are put off by that- but they really didn't care. Once I decided to buy and all the details were worked out, Frank (one of the owners) even offered to show me how to handle my car optimally- as it's a mere 3 cylinders. He showed me some tricks if ever I needed to gain speed in an emergency- which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to these guys when I trade in. They use their business savvy to find and offer a good product, not to manipulate buyers. Good people. I highly recommend!
