They kept changing what was needed. I had at least 4 salespeople talking to me in rapid succession, I don't know if this was/is their tactic but I was very frustrated when I left. Everyone (except the original salesman) seemed like a stereo typical "used car" salesman. I left there went right to Fox Chevrolet and am extremely happy with the car I purchased from them. Stay away from Academy Ford!!

The information on the car was false and misleading. The vehicle appeared new with zero miles on the site but it actually has around 41k+ miles on it. It sounded like a good deal but seemed like a hoax. The vehicle also did not have a clean title.

my experience was worth the drive to Acadamy ford from Hagerstown,MD to look at a 2008 Highlander limited, the car i had no idea I wanted or needed..I am so pleased..
