"My husband and I didn't expect to be treated to so well. The guys couldn't have treated us better. We purchased a used (not certified) Accord at the True Price. No negotiations. It was so easy. Our sales man's name was Chris Bland. The finance guy's name was Flo Laska. Really can't stress how we were expecting one thing and got a totally different experience. It's been a week and we're still stunned. We love our new (used) car!"

"Although I found a relatively nice 2007 V50 at a respectable price (within Edmunds & KBB price range) I was somewhat disappointed as a result of the following three (3) negatives in its purchase: 1) Power Volvo did not perform the $400 -$500 75K service at their facility prior to its release at 74,553 miles. 2) They let us drive off with only a half tank of gas! This was a first for us, as my wife recently purchased her 2008 V70 from Pacific Audi in Torrance where they sent us off with a full tank of gas! And number 3) They have never responded with the missing Owner's Manual or Maintenance Schedule! I guess that is why they have not sent out their own survey? It is a far cry from the previous service that my wife and I received at Power's previous owner's Irvine Volvo!
