When I got there the car was nothing like the ad. The car had not even been detailed, the tires were bald, plastic trim hanging from the bumper, etc. I complained and asked to speak to the manager, but the sales guy said "he's busy and does not have time to see you" needless to say, I did not buy a car from them. They were VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them. "

When I took it back to service they said the tread wear was within limits for CPO and they did not offer to check as to the possible cause. I ended buying 4 new tires from a local tire place and got a 4 wheel alignment where I found out where 3 of the 4 tires were out of alignment and the camber was out of line on the fron very badly. I am not impressed by this dealership!"

She told me she didn't even have that car on the lot, even though the previous salesman acknowledged the vehicle when I gave him the stock number. The woman offered me a deal for a similar car for 5,000 dollars more. Then she misrepresented what discount I could get if I financed through Kia (the Pensacola dealership already told me about the incentive to finance through Kia). Later that evening I received an email from someone who said they were the manager saying the price I saw was for someone wanting a fleet of carsola dealer already told me about that incentive).
