Questioned the check engine light and why the fog lights weren't working. We were told the car was serviced and near $700 put into car. Asked for the 500-1000 mile warranty. That was denied. Asked if we could take the car to get an inspection outside of their dealership. We were told they were not selling the car to us. Asked us to leave. Feel once the car was put on the rack something was found. We were paying cash. Wanted to protect ourselves. Good luck if you deal with this bunch outside of Brewton, Alabama."

When I took it back to service they said the tread wear was within limits for CPO and they did not offer to check as to the possible cause. I ended buying 4 new tires from a local tire place and got a 4 wheel alignment where I found out where 3 of the 4 tires were out of alignment and the camber was out of line on the fron very badly. I am not impressed by this dealership!"

When I got there the car was nothing like the ad. The car had not even been detailed, the tires were bald, plastic trim hanging from the bumper, etc. I complained and asked to speak to the manager, but the sales guy said "he's busy and does not have time to see you" needless to say, I did not buy a car from them. They were VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them. "

He asked if I could send him the listing, which I did. He said he would call me back, which he didn't. When I called back, I was transferred to a woman. She told me she didn't even have that car on the lot, even though the previous salesman acknowledged the vehicle when I gave him the stock number. The woman offered me a deal for a similar car for 5,000 dollars more. Then she misrepresented what discount I could get if I financed through Kia (the Pensacola dealership already told me about the incentive to finance through Kia). Later that evening I received an email from someone who said they were the manager saying the price I saw was for someone wanting a fleet of carsola dealer already told me about that incentive).
