It took the entire afternoon & evening for the process to unfold, but they were nice the whole time and in the end, we got what we wanted. None of that hard sell - "what would it take for you to buy this car today" stuff... They also gave us a good price for our trade-in. Can't beat their life-time power train warranty, either."
