I'm speechless and would never recommend them or purchase a car from them. The GM called and apologized and told me to give him a couple days and he'd find another car for me. It's been almost a month and I've never heard from him. In typical car salesman fashion. Horrible. Shame on you Charles Maund VW and Charles Maund Imports. Ended up buying from a craigslist individual. Great car and great experience. "
