"Didnt get the car we originally set out for, financing wasn't available.
But we ended up with a car that gets better way gas milage, was the
all wheel drive that we needed for where we live and came with a 3
year warranty, so we actually felt like we got a much better car with
more bang for our buck. Process took almost 5 hours, that was the
only down side. Service overall was good."

"No STARS what a waste of time. Got there looked around for TWO specific vehicles I found on there website that morning. No sales people came to ask if we needed help. Went inside still no sales eople. Went to front desk to ask about said vehicles, asked if they were still available. Person told me she could not help, and could not look up said vehicles. Finally got a sales person who went looking for both vehicles, after 15 minutes could not find them. Looked up inventory they were still there but not on lot. What a way to run a dealership of this size and promenance. Go somewhere else."

"Bought a used Sequoia that had been "Toyota Certified". It was a lemon! The whole electrical system was shot....like you could not roll down windows when the brakes were applied. After much arguing, they gave us a different car, but it was not really what we wanted. They also said they would replace the tires on the 'new' car,when time to do so came around they made me pay half.Now, because I told them they suck for 'certifying a lemon, I have a nasty note on my service account. Only go their for recall work, will never buy a car from them again."

"Not the same vehicle as depicted in photographs. In mych worse
condution than described. Car was filthy, hadn't been cleaned since
dealer purchased it. Dealer revealed several inconsistencies, including a
lower price advertised on the car windshield than that negotiated over the
phone (and they didnt even bother to remove it before picking me up in it
at the airport). Can't believe that anyone would allow a customer to fly in
for a car so out of synch with how it is represented and expect to make a
sale, never mind hold onto any semblance of self respect. "
