He responded promptly and made a deal with me about the price of the car. I told him I would be there within the week. I drove 2 hours to the dealership. After I test drove the car I was ready to fill out the paperwork to purchase the car. That's when things got a little went bad. The "Sale Manager" ( the person I had been emailing the entire time) said he must have made a clerical error and could not sell me the car for the price he quoted and agreed on before I made the trip there. He offered another price and I disgusted told him to forget it. This is a classic example of bate and switch!"

We were halfway to the dealership from an hour away, when we received a phone call that they had already sold the car. We were disappointed and never went back."

When arrived, no such vehicle was available but the salesperson would be glad to show another vehicle. Staff is rude, dishonest. When asked to speak to manager was told by him that they run a professional dealership and did not believe this occurred so I guess we were lying ! Manager also said that he looked up vehicle we were talking about and no such vehicle found. Traverse is STILL listed in all ads including internet. Our goal was to purchase a vehicle and we know what our budget is and what our family needs are. We purchased vehicle 100 miles away. "
