The salesperson offered his help beyond the sale (to get my radio turned on--there's an error code that comes up when the battery is disconnected). The manager of the service department called me directly to answer one of my concerns, and he worked on this problem immediately. I felt they were honest in terms of what they could and would provide. Overall, a good experience."
