"I was very unhappy with the way they contacted me.Only by e-mail and no phone call ,even after they asked for my home phoe and cell phone numbers. The e-mails were generic ( sent to everone I supect ) and released ever so often, it would seem , but never asked about the suv that I was wanting. Two days later it was sold- with no E-mail saying so,not the why to do customers. "
