"Purchased pt cruiser and four days later it broke down. They gave me
a hard time about repairing it. I had it towed in they told me nothing
was wrong with it after they had it in shop for 30 mins. Ended up
having to threaten legal litigation under new buyer law to get it
repaired. It came back from the shop with broken power front end
windows. Taking the car to chrysler for a full power train inspection to
make sure the car is safe. Terrible customer service from both sale
manager and service manager. Buyers beware. "

"Bought a used Mini cooper. 2 days later we noticed the engine light coming on, my husband opened up the hood and it had no oil cap. I spoke with 3 different people including our sales person Dennis which he told me his hands are tied. They would not get us an oil cap even though they were the ones who did the oil change. Terrible customer service over a $10 oil cap. I was treated so good when we were interested in the vehicle. I was treated terrible after the purchase. I was forced to give them one star. Otherwise it would have been none. "
