"The vehicle I purchased was as advertised and I am happy with it, but when it came to my trade in they really were not honest. I was told my trade in was worth $8500.00 which after investigating was low, their answer was that they hoped to sell it for $10,000.00. OK, they need a profit, but they listed it on car gurus for 12,995.00. I understand business need to make a profit but be honest about it, I feel I was deceived by the sales manager and I am very sticky about honesty. Know what your trade in is worth if you deal with this dealership"

"Inventory is what it is: they had a lot of cars but a limited number of the model I wanted. Their service was terrific. Attentive sales staff but not TOO attentive if you know what I mean. Seemingly honest transaction (if you only buy a car every 10 years you don't have great skill at understanding the big picture and negotiating well on your own behalf.
