"We were looking at cars here and the used cars were in terrible shape. We looked at a Pathfinder that had just come from auction and the interior was all scratched up; when we asked about it and voiced our disapproval the sales people and even the sales manager were rude and looked at us like we were crazy. We heard rude comments like "they are looking for a new car for a used price; good luck with that". The sales manager said that he could figure a lease and get us in our payment range; when he came back with the proposal he was $100 above our desired payment and when we quiestioned him he basically threw his hands in the air and said "well that is the best I can do" Needless to say we ended up buying from another dealership and we will not deal with Ken Garff again."

"The car was dirty when I went the first time and even dirtier the nex time. The dealer said the carfax was free. well the car fax online shows several incidents but no details. I went back today to see the car fax and he said that he did not have it and would have to pay for it. He was willing to let me have the manufacturer check it out. I just do not undertsand how a delaer will not pay $20 for a carfax for a $35K+ vehicle. That fact alone killed a potential sale"
